Return
Please submit your return request and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within 24 hours after your email is received.
All returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the date the package was delivered. For return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the shoebox. We can only guarantee our products are brand new, and come in its original box. We will not be able to guarantee the condition of the shoebox or if the shoes have minor crease, etc.
Returns and exchanges packages sending back to JordanDunkShoes.Commust be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved. It will take 5-10 business days to process all returns and exchanges. If the return/exchange isn't returned within the alotted time, we will not be able to process your return/exchange If you received the wrong products you may send the items back for return/exchange and we will reimburse your money.(we will only be able to reimburse the shoes cost, we not reimburse shipping cost.
Buyer pays for shipping back to JordanDunkShoes.Com in original condition & packaging. Also we charge 20% restocking fee.
After inspection we will credit your paypal acct in the amount the buyer paid for the shoes less 20% restocking fee, and standard shipping & handling fee.
Exchange
Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to JordanDunkShoes.Com Returns and exchanges back to JordanDunkShoes.Com must be posted marked within 7 days your request has been approved.
